We are hiring student staff for our fast pace inbound customer service call center.

Position Description:

Provides telephone and email customer service; coordinates communication of technology and facility service requests using phone, email, chat, and radio channels in a 24-hour call center environment; provides first-line identification, analysis, routing and resolution of issues, dispatches service technicians appropriately; monitors and communicates facility control and alarm issues; troubleshoots basic IT and networking issues; takes responsive action to reported issues and ensures appropriate resolution; conducts follow up communication with customers; follows standard communication, troubleshooting, and documentation procedures; displays a professional and courteous manner at all times; employs excellent verbal and written communication skills; shares information and collaborates with other service desk staff; participates in supporting special events or projects and office duties as assigned.
