For Residence Hall Students
Request Help and Support
For students in the residence halls experiencing issues with connecting to the network.
MAC Address Registration
Register your computer, game console, or streaming media player to connect to the wired network in your residence hall.

Jack Activation Request
Your room is equipped with at least one active network jack. Additional jacks are available upon request.
Jack numbers with an "A" or "C" on the end are always active and do not need activation.
