The Student Life Support Center provides technical support to ResNet users and is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If your request is submitted outside of our normal operating hours, we will attempt to contact you during our next business day.
To request assistance you can:

- Submit online support request Please make sure you have updated and run the latest version of your anti-virus and ad-ware/spy-ware software before requesting Resnet support.
